Med's Tracker?
Is there anywhere on this site to keep track of the medications I'm taking, when they started/stoped, and what med's I did and didn't take on a certain day?
I saw that, but my med's arn't listed.. maybe they should look into make a tracker like that. thanks
The Mood Tracker allows you to monitor your meds. There is a long list of meds, but it doesn't cover everything. Unfortunately it doesn't allow you to put in the dosage of each med as well. But it still allows you to mark what meds you took each day, changes in mood, etc. I find it to be helpful.
