Sounds like you are rapid cycling.  Are you under a phys-doctors care or taking mood stabilizers?  If you are taking mood stabilizers I would contact doctor about taking extra dosage to stabilze your moods.  If you are not seeing a doctor, get appt and get on meds as soon as you can.  Best to you...it will pass.

I have some of the same problems. I can be up one minute and an hour later be very depressed, angry and wanting to throw things. I'm slowly beginning to learn to control these feelings. They only happen when I'm rapid cycling. It usually happens when I'm going into a manic or depressed phase. Sometimes it takes a medication check with my pdoc to get things straightened out. I hope your feeling better now as I noticed it was quit sometime ago that you were having these feelings.

If you can, please go to a Psychiatrist as soon as possible.  If you need a referral for those types of things, depending on insurance type, see your primary care doc first and then he/she will point you in the right direction.  I was diagnosed bipolar about 10 years ago and I feel the pain and frustration you are feeling.  If it is bipolar, or anything like that, it will be a tough road but if you need any kind of help, I'm here.  I've been dealing since I was 16 and I'm now 26.

Have you seen a specialist?

A psychiatrist can evaluate and diagnose a mental health condition... I would definitely recommend seeing one if you even think you might have bipolar or another mental disorder. Getting help is essential to overcoming mental illness.

Good luck :)
