More than Bipolar?

Hello. I was diagnosed with bipolar a couple years back and now I feel like I'm getting worse. I'm so paranoid about everything it feels like. People have said to me quit being so paranoid but I can't help it. I see things that are not there. Also, when I get mad at the things I do I talk to myself. I know I sound crazy. I take meds already and I really don't wanna tell my mother just yet. She might judge me. Any ideas on what to do?

It would definitely be good to open up to someone.  You may need a temporary med change and I am sorry to say that it may be good to check in and do a little inpatient time.  But I say this only if you feel you are a danger to yourself or others.

Hi Fritz. If you aren't comfortable talking to your mom it's ok.
Your meds could be causing the paranoid feelings. Discuss with the prescribing Dr & an adjustment maybe necessary.
You are here among people who understand the suffering bipolar disorder entails. Thank you for your post. Remember the things that give you a relaxed feeling of well being.  Maxy
