Newly diagnosed

I am all over the place here. I have absolutely NO clue about this or where to begin. I am not getting better and don't know if meds are working. I am truely not functioning and just holding on by a thread here.

What medications are you taking? When did you start to feel this way? Keep a mood tracker. And of course speak to your psychiatrist and print out the results of the mood tracker for them. As well there are some helpful links on the welcome page where you can read about mood disorders and their treatment and you could discuss that with your psychiatrist as well.
