Saying

im 20 male.I have a hard time saying sorry. Especially to my loved ones. i dont know if theres a reason for my behvaiour. i feel like **** for not expressing my love. i dont say i love you except to my pets. i have mild OCD. i am in healthy condition. REcently i feel i hate evetything but i do not. i come here to say this cause i cant talk to anybody else but i just need to know what causes my problems like these. i feel like a different person when i realize i cant say i love you or sorry., i dont use the computer for this type of thing, its not real, so i feel so worse off then before. sometimes i feel real amazing and confident, i never used to have these problems. now i feel like i have been this way my whole life,am moody when i never used to  be. im even more quiet and i dont feel good anymore. i want to apologizw cause i think i am a piece of **** to my family and friends. but i didnt do anything, its all in my head. Is this bipolar?

The only way to really know is to talk to a doctor about this, a lot of people are different, and a lot of mental illnesses are similar or show up differently in different people. It could very well be bipolar, but it could be a handful of other things as well.
You'll just have to see a doctor about it.

Having trouble expressing emotions or knowing how to can be part of many psychiatric disabilities but it would be worth speaking to a psychiatrist about.
