Seem out of control

by caseda, Oct 29, 2009 08:31PM
I was recently told that i have bi-polar. I am currently on burspar 2 times a day 10mg.  There are days that i feel that it is working. There are days that i feel that it isn't. My husband and i are fighting all the time and its not good for my kids to see.  I need to some how find a happy medium. I want to start going to a gym and working out so i have time to myself and can try and relax but with the way money is now, i really dont have a way to do it.

im new to all this so please bear with me

Welcome to the community. You need medication like a mood stabilizer to help you get back to normal and yes working out physically is a great idea as it is good in relieving stress which you must be going through.A mood stabilizer like Lamictal would a great place to start with.Discuss this with your Psychiatrist in your detail.
