Shaky hands - meds or wrong diagnosis

I am on Epilim and Olanzapine, I have started to have a slight tremor in both my hands, on and off, then last week I had two days where my hands shaked violently when I picked up a drink, is this the meds or have they got my illness wrong and it is some other nerological disorder like MS or something. Another good reason to stop taking my meds. I am seeing my doc on monday and will obviously speak to him about this but I just wanted to check if anyone else had these problems on these two drugs, as I have said it is not like when I was on the lithium and it was almost constant this is intimitant and has only just started eventhough I have been on these drugs for over a year??? any comments would be great. thanks in advance

I have not taken olanzapine but I have had tremors in the hands on two different antipsychotics.  Antipsychotics can cause it.  You might have also been unaware of the hand tremors like I was and just now became aware of it after a year.  I was surprised when a nurse at PACT pointed out my hands were shaking and I would have never noticed.  It could also be your body chemistry has changed perhaps and now you have that side effect.  It is also always possible you could have the wrong diagnosis but it's never a good idea to self diagnose as websites and public information leaves out important details and a detail course of each disorder and such.

Antipsychotics can cause temporary movement disorders such as dystonia which cause tremors. They can be treated with a side effect pill. Speak to your psychiatrist about that.
