Trying hard not to crash

Life is taking over a bit. Nov and Dec were not really good in income so I have to pay now. Not only some money hasn't arrive yet - promised but nothing, I am chased again. I hate it. I am trying to be rational but had to finish two phone calls today as I was on the edge and I just didn't want to be nasty. Think I will become crazy just because of that. I am somehow holding it together but not sure how long for. So far it is few tears during  the day. I am trying really hard not to crash as it would take me ages to recover. There is no question here - just a moan. I am going to have my cry and will try to go to bed early. Hope you are better than me. x

I know Maxy. I love what young Dalalama said in 7 years in Tibet: the problem either has a solution and will be solved or has not a solution and worries won't help. Tell it to my sick head! Lol I am trying. And it defo goes better than last year. I know I will go over £ problems as I always do. You are right about mind programming. I used to do it loads but somehow forgot about it. Time to start again. It is very powerful. Thanx Maxy.

Hi Darlin Marie!  Listen, even when things are bad we need to keep our other mind from knowing it.
  Sounds like: ok= fact less or no £.  Then tell yourself, no matter. The worry or negative emotion does not = more money. It just .= crash, more pills. More time can't be spent on generating more opportunities ..
   What the mind perceives, it believes.
    Tell yourself there is only abundance. Cancel thoughts of lack, loss or limitations.  This will really help honey, I promise ! Maxy

I hope you don't crash either.  I am worried about crashing myself.  I busted a vein in the gym today which means I cannot workout for 3 weeks.  Exercise was a big part of my recovery plan and it had been making me feel good.  Now I don't know what to do but I'd better do something or risk falling back into depression.

You should call your doctor asap. Maybe talk to your therapist....change in your meds. ... reach to a friend or. Family member.   Saying a pray for you.. please keep us posted.......
