What can explain these random bursts of energy?

I am 15 dealing with depression and anxiety. I've wondered if I was bipolar in the past simply because my extreme mood swings. I felt every single emotion I could in cycles more than once a day. I've talked with my therapist and psychologist about that but they've never really addressed it. Either way I get these random bursts of energy, only lasting seconds. I feel like I can run, lift a whole bunch of weights, and sometimes I'm so energetic that my body tenses up and I'll shake or make a weird face. This is seriously concerning especially since I don't understand why i get these bursts of energy.

The psychologist might not be equipped to answer this question or they simply might not have a specialty in that area (bipolar). I would do some more research on what the therapist or psychologist specializes in. From there I would see if it might be necessary to speak to a psychiatrist. However, I would start with a psychologist first. I have gone through many therapist and psychologist. Some don't listen, some don't get it. It takes time to find the right one. Maybe the one you have been going to isn't right for you. Do some research.
