Will it happen again?

I had a psychotic episode where I felt very paranoid, started hearing voices comment on my every move and talk to each other. I thought people were after me. I might of also been seeing things. Everything felt weird, like a dream. I was 31 and nothing like this had ever happened before. I sought treatment within about 10 days and was put on 5 mg of Abilify. That treated the symptoms and they went away, but afterwards I became very depressed and anxious, afraid that what happened would ruin my life if it ever happened again. I was put on 30 mg Celexa about 8 months later. The Celexa helped a lot, to the point where I feel normal now. It's been about a year and a half now since that episode. I want to get pregnant and I don't want to be on any medication during pregnancy, so last week I stopped taking the medicine completely just to test what will happen and make sure that I can go through a pregnancy. I'm nervous that another psychotic episode will happen again. The psychiatrist thinks I'm bipolar since it runs in my family but I've never had mood swings or manic phases. I've gone through depression before but it seemed like there was a reason for it. The psychologist thinks it was stress-induced. So far I'm feeling fine off the medicine. Has anyone heard of a case like mine? What's wrong with me and will it happen again?
