Withdrawal?

let's see..Have been taking prozac for about ten years.  Started getting very bad suicidal thoughts so first doctor upped dosage to 60 mg. Got worse.  Next doctor sent me to psychiatrist. He weaned me off prozac and onto zoloft. Not good.So now I am on nothing. So now I am having horrid episodes. Suicidal thoughts and thoughts of violent actions.  They come on very unexpected.  Don't trust myself to get in car.  I have been taking 2.5 mg. valium for theses episodes.  These are not dr. prescribed.  Some one gave me some ages ago so being in the state of mind I was, I took it.  Probably not the smartest but they help.  Are these 'episodes' withdrawal or do I need other med?  When they come on I just want to be put away. Calls into Psychiatrist , but no answer yet.  Any advice?  I really feel I am going off the big cliff....

you need other med  the depression is comingbabck because you arent on the med .Get to your doc asap keep in touch to le me know how you are.
