Withdrawing from depakote ER

I am on my 4th day off of depakote er after being on it almost a month at 750 mg then 500 mg..and im having chills bad anxiety,crawly feeling in tummy...i called on call dr and several pharmsists and they dont feel its withdrawal//i kinda think it is i feel funny in my head too i was just put on lithium on feb 11 the day my dr stopped the depakote so maybe its a combination of all..anyone know about depakote withdrawals and I guess theres nothing i could do about it even it it was..just hope i dont have a seizure or end up in mental hospital from this my dr seems to be smart but im not bipoalr and here he is trying me on all bipolar meds

I remember feeling "odd" when I came off depakote, I had like a swimmy feeling in my head all the time and I also got a return of migraines.  If memory serves me correctly I felt like this for about a fortnight following each drop down in dose.  It could also be the combination of getting used to the lithium.  I'm also now on lithium and have found it the best thing ever!  Wish I'd tried it years ago.  Good luck xx
