Speak to your psychiatrist. As you are changing things around hard to say where the dizziness is coming from. Some medications cause dizziness by a blood pressure drop but neither of those two medications you mentioned usually cause that. Sometimes dizziness is just a standard side effect when starting a medication that goes away in time.

Incidentally does anybody know or has a hunch as to whether - for depression - it's preferrable to use Abilify (AP) or Lamictal (AC) since both work well for depression and both are a mood stabilizer. I think what matters is the other symptoms to count whether rapid cycling or mixed symptoms....or BP1 or BP2 etc...

I am also on low dose Abilify. I did not experience any dizziness from it, however i did experience lethargy. Now whether this happens to you is a different story. Also, to answer this question above.....i don't know which is preferable. Both are a mood stabilizer, yes, but in my case i still needed to take an anti-depressant with the abilify. So again which one is better is completely an individual decision. People react differently to certain medications and some people work better on some than others. Talk to your doctor for your best treatment plan!
