am I or not

I have been diognosed with bi-polar by 3 differant doctors over the last 5 years. My girlfriend for a year now says I talk to much I repeat myself it drives her crazy i have moved out all my belongings at 3am only to move back the next day. I want to come out of my skin with people at work. I got up to write this it is 4am. I can't relax most of the time and when I do I'm usually very depressed. I don't trust anyone or anything. I am dealing with Rheumatiod Arthritis. No one understands my pain. I went to a local mental health facility for help. they said the other doctors were wrong. I'm not bi-polar. Oh by the way. My mother was diognosed 25 years ago and has been in and out of depression and manic her whole life. We are very much alike. What do you think

Your question is a tough one.  Just with the information you have provided doesn't really give a clear picture on if you would BP or not.   I would say that if you have been diagnosed by 3 different doctors that you were, then I would go with that.  Or at least get 2 more opinions that say you are not BP before going by what one other doctor has told you.

My son is BP, I had doctors tell me he wasn't.  The one doctor that insisted he was, was his regular primary doctor.  It took years before it finally came to be that he really was BP after all.  Everyone is different and not everyone's symptoms are going to be the same.  Your mother's history can be a good indicator since BP is hereditary.  Hang in there....

The haredst thing for bi polars is to accept the bi polar dx.I fought it when I was first dx. then my therapist said to me if I was dx diabetic I would take my insulin wouldnt I ?  well that changed my thinnking.I am on my meds and therapy for 7 years now and I feel great, IO wish I hadnt fought for so long
My dad was bi polar and they are pretty sure it can be passed down.
there is no shame in being bi polar. we are loving ,creative people. bi polar  is totally defeatable.
dont fightit. If you had cancer wouldnt you fight with everything you could? Its the same with being bi polar you dont have to suffer with it.
you are in my oprayers. get your doc and get a therapist and you will be on your way to beating bi polar.
Message me any time you want to talk.
