bipolar 2 and methadone for pain??

im bp 2 ocd sad gad,,im on a detox from 40 mgs of methadone..last DEC 09 i dropped 38.5 mgs ct..yeah pure hell 3 weeks..now better im still on lowest pill form i can be on 2.5 mgs 1/4th of a pill aday last 7 monthes..mind ok..the thing is why i detoxed was in agorphonia and i couldnt go to the apts anymore..i been threw the detox b4..did it all on my own..from DEC 09-march 10  i lost 45 pounds gained 10 back..my questshion im still on this and havent seen the pain d since i detoxed myself...i need it back but not over 10 mgs for cronic (chronic) pain..i dunno if the new pdoc friday will issue me meds not seeing a doc even though im o the lowest dose..have enough methadone to gt me threw DEC..but will go back to pain mangement or drop the whole methadone 4 good..

   what do u think??? if i dont gt stable i wont be here long i was put in lock down 5 days in Feb they gave me the methadone with no dockter  just the ward doc....
