how do you tell your mom you think your bipolar, i don't know how, and its driving me crazy.

Just tell her you've been having a really hard time and would like to see a therapist. I wouldn't say what you think is going on until you have a diagnosis just because there's a stigma that comes with self-diagnosis. If you've been really down lately, you might say that, but I wouldn't put a label when you tell your mom until help has been sought.
