bladder controll

My daughter has been diagnosed w/ Bipolar she is taking Lithium, she is 22, she still has mood swing that are extreme and rapid from one extreme to the next at times, she can also have periods of being stable, often times not sleeping and or eating for many many days at a time as well. She is of small weight 80 lbs and under 5' tall. Born at 1lb 10oz, 29 week gestational, MMR, CP, also Hosimotos thyroid and never a regular BM she takes miralax daily.  She is taking Lithium 600mg a.m. 750 at night.
My first trouble is finding a Psychiatrist to take her as a patient.
My family doctor is not comfortable w/ treating her and changing her meds. He has exhausted his resources in finding a Doctor to treat her.
My second concern is the amount of urine output she has.
She never wet the bed until taking a drug Trazodone to help her sleep. (We tried others they and most of the mind altering drugs make her angry and combative and animal-like after being on them for a while.) She is soaked after 15 min of falling to sleep. She awakens wet from head to toe most nights. This morning she drank 56 oz of liquids w/in 15 min.  
My third concern is how to keep her from the drastic mood swings, mostly laughter to tears. Many times she can switch between the two w/ in minutes. Is there a better med for her? we have tried. Zyprexia (she went catatonic on this) Fluxamine Maleate, Resperdoal, Sertaline HCL, Clonazepam, Zoloft. These made her angry, hateful, and combative.
Are there other options for her? How can We help her stop wetting the bed? How can I find a DD Psychiatrist? I live in Illinois.
