dosage of methinphenindate for sleep narcisim?

what dosage do most people take?. I currently take 10mg 3xday but would like to increase to 15 to 20 mg 3x day as the 10mg tab doesn't work like it did 2 yrs ago. What do u think? Thanks, Gusto

Ritalin is like that.  Having no idea about sleep narcisissm I googled it and Its a bit odd - Ritalin which is methylphenindate and what I assume you mean is a drug you build a dependance to - its also habit forming as well and normally does not help people sleep

I think you might find that posting this in the ADHD forums might work best, Ritalin is not a good drug for Bipolars and while some doctors do prescribe it (in my opinion in the majority of cases without proper reasons) its a dangerous drug for anyone with a mood disorder without careful management.

Actually its dangerous full stop but don't get me started on that subject.
