when epilim is used for bipolar,can it cause epilepsy?
Look on the medication website. I believe all anti-convulsants have the potential to cause seizures but definitely speak to your psychiatrist to get the full information. You can get a prescription hand out from your pharmacist as well.
I don't think you can get epilepsy from medicine, I think it is a genetic disorder but I am not 100% sure of that. However, I think on Lamictal I read seizure is one of the side effects, but not sure. If you are concerned I would ask your doctor about it since they are the only ones who can answer this for sure.
