friend needs help

i need advice, my friend, 14,  is in need. She previously cut herself and had serious thoughts of suicide. She is seeing help and is being treated, and was diagnosed with bipolar 2 and mania. She recently has begun hearing voices telling her to kill one of her friends, and telling her that someone wants to hurt her. I'm only fourteen, her parents dont care - they wont pay attention if anyone says something. If we tell the school shell be sent away immidiately, does she really need that? she is convinced the voices are magic.
what do i do? i cant let her hurt herself or anyone else...

Its really important that you tell the school and her parents.  Sorry but she needs to get some help - these are psychotic features and she may very well hurt herself or someone else without realising it.

This is a dangerous place for her to be in right now.

How do you know her parents do not care?  I f she is seeing help and being treated why is she not telling them?

You need to alert someone who can help her about this - right now the best place for her to be would be a hospital and as her friend you must out her first.

She needs to be in hospital for her own safety. It's great that you care so much, but right now what she needs is help, like any dis-ease or dis-order, some need hospitalization right? I'm sure she would appreciate when she is well, what a good friend you are trying to get her the help.
