getting cut free!

brain fog kicked in and i thought it had been less time. am actually cut free now for 41 hours. thank you all for your support and i hope i'll be able to stay free of it. it really was getting out of hand!

Take it one day at a time, one hour at a time if you need to, stay strong...you can beat this. When the negative thougt and compulsions kick in, find an alternative distraction to do...write, talk to someone, get some fresh air and change your scene. Learn some relaxation techniques to turn to when you need them. Stay strong.
