ok, I'm adjusting to the insomnia at night but what do I do about the sleepiness during the day?? Even on nights where I get a good night's sleep I need to take 2 naps during the day. I guess I'm going to have to drink caffeine during the day now to stay awake and make it thru the day. Any ideas??

Its an older generation antipsychotic. It can be very sedating. Caffeine would make it less effective or induce mania. Ask your psychiatrist what to do and perhaps they could suggest a different option as well.
