Since you already have a psychiatrist you need either a psychologist or therapist who specilizes in bipolar (or depression if you don't have bipolar.) Check with your insurance company for therapists or psychologists, or ask your psychiatrist for a referral. Talk therapy is very important as well. Do keep your mood tracker and show it to everyone involved in your care. And remember you're not alone. You can come here to talk to other peole who have been there.
I hope you feel better soon.
Thanks for your help I do have a psychiatrist, but they don't talk to me or nothing she just gives me meds. I think I need theorpy.
The best thing to do would be to seek help now and explain more about what exactly is happening as regards your concerns, if any of the symptoms you have are present all the time or if they come and go and vary in intensity and when they started. It is also worthwhile to keep a mood tracker and print out the results for when you see a psychiatrist.
