i been noticing more manic on my lithiem??

im on 600 mgs a day of the lithiem..was really working on me..now the last few days feeling more manic..not to wear i was but enough...my levels are 0.8...any advice for me??    james

You can get manic on lithium.  Its not a cure its a stabiliser, and like all stabilisers it works to smooth out the highs and lows not prevent them.

James again I strongly advise you that your pdoc appears to not be giving you the information you should be getting on your drugs.  You really need to be asking them these questions - no one here can advise you what AD to take for example because every one is different - for example 600mg is a low dose for most people but you have special circumstances.

These questions need to go to your doctor, Im sorry but they do.

James please speak to your doctor about your meds and how you are feeling - an online forum cannot answer the questions your pdco should be answering and from where I sit you should not be taking a drug if you do not understand it.
