You were confident before you were diagnosed or before you had a bad episode and may be possibly still in it?

Did you catch the difference in that question?

If you had confidence before, you will have it again....... (Look at me! You would think I'd remember my own advise when I crying baskets of tears on my couch for hours straight..todays a good day though)

Really though hun, our confidence can't be just stripped from our existence and we never remember it again.  Somehow we'll get back there and we can only hope that we make our way before we are no longer able to tell ourselves there is hope for it returning.

Did you just get diagnosed?

Are you still working on medication regulation?

I am in the beginning stages too.  I felt my best ever from the months of Sept 2007 - Nov 2007...... Then I made a huge 180 degree turn and attempted suicide.  Since then I've been in living H - E- double hockey sticks but I keep holding on to 1 tiny tiny thing as it is all I have left, (1 - the memory of having a wonderful day.  I would pick this over 10 million dollars in a heart beat and as of right now, I can still convince myself that I will get back there.  On those days I can't convince myself, I've been lucky enough to have a DH who looks out for me on a constant basis; whether or not I'm happy with him at those moments, does not matter, what does is that he makes sure I survive into the next day which will hopefully be a better one.)

Peace & Light to you.
