is there something wrong with me?

i keep feelig like i am going to die soon and keep having realy bad mood swings one minuit i will b fine n the next i am realy angry frustrated or anxious what does this mean?

Extreme mood swings can happen in bipolar without treatment and besides episodes of mania and depression there can be mixed states which have aspects of both depression and mania such as an agitated mixed state where a person has the sped up quality of mania but the down aspect of depression and seems angry at the world. It would be essential to see a psychiatrist and explain all this to them and in the mean time keep a mood tracker and print out the results for them so they can understand it in full and know best how to treat you.

Sounds like you may be experiencing mania where you are anxious and angry which is all it takes to be diagnosed with bipolar disorder 1.

How do u get diagnosed properly tho I think there mite b something wrong with me coz I can't handle bein like this but I don't wanna go doctors incase there Is something wrong n my daughter gets taken off me

You go to a mental health center and speak with a psychiatrist and have them do an evaluation and they can diagnose you properly.  I don't believe your kids get taken away unless you're actually not caring for them or something.  I know one person at PACT where I go who still has their kids for example and PACT is an intensive care type thing.  They especially aren't going to take them away if you get on medication and your illness is under control if you have a mental illness.  At least, that's how it works in the USA, I believe.
