my family docky been taking care of my bipolar with lithium.. is in need to see a shink the ones i do want to see cant get me in till late sept or early Oct 08..i call the community behavior problems meaning for bipolar..they wont take me cuz i take methadone for pain..im on it threw a dockter ( PAIN MANAGEMENT!!!)i dont know how they can do that?? what if it was a have to case were i was hearing voices,then i bet they would  take me..........HELP  JAMES!!

I get grouchy during the holiday season but i can't leave my house. What should i do?

when I say google I mean put in Julie Fast into your search engine. I believe the web site is Bipolar happens. She has found a wasy to deal with her bipolar through a system of cards that she sells. I like her articles and emails. I am way too happy on my meds and therapy to stop taking them.

Dont give up You can google for psychiatrist in your area. You can also keep calling the docs you want to see and get on their waiting list  in case there is an appointment cancellation.
