I am only 17 and it is still uncomfortable for me to talk to my doctor about sex and birth control. (I know, pathetic) But your best bet would be talking to the doctor because they can switch some stuff around or lower your dosage. You'll be okay, you have forever to have amazing sex. And I have been dating this guy over a year and I just told him I'm bipolar. It was really hard to do so, because I thought he would think I was crazy. But he understands, and he understand that the meds affect my sex drive. So just keep him informed. I am sure he will be supportive. = ]

Geodon will also start to decrease your motivation over time. It also gave me feelings of anxiety. Hope this helps.
