I am a 29 year old women who has been having mood problems since i was a little girl. now my moods are getting worse i have days when im very happy and days when i cant be around people and i speak out lound to people the way i shouldent.

Are you on medications for your bipolar? Do you see a psychiatrist or a psychologist, evne a therepist? If you're worried that you are getting worse it is best to talk to a psychiatrist. Perhaps you need a change in your treatment.

You probably need a mood stabilizing medication to stabilize you.Talk to your Psychiatrist about it.
