Sure but what is going on? Is it life overall? Or something specific? Or medication not working out?

Life over all.I am just so overwhelmed and I just feel completely lost.

Then it would be best to take some time to de-stress yourself. Take some time to relax and unwind and don't make any major decisions now. Sometimes when everything is happenning at once its hard to cope in general. Just my take and what has worked for me.

in one of your downs. That's all.

your mood and what you feel will get lifted from the ground with a little of time. meds or no meds, this happens quite often and also goes away without explanation. i don't need to swear to you. believe me. sure it happened before but once it will fade you will forget about it completely like it did in the past.

This is called life cycle

so don't worry

This too shall pass, your going to be well again. Take a couple of long walks someplace pretty, get a couple of movies that really take you away to another place.

Actually, I'm not having many downs. I'm having ups. Sadly my ups make me sick, not happy, due to feeling like I'm exploding from the inside out. I also think I don't really have ups so much as I have mixed states, constantly rapid cycling, and I just feel like I'm losing my grip on myself, reality, everything.

I'm doing a little better. Last week was insane at work and I just could not handle it. When I say insane, I mean getting yelled at by patients, meeting after meeting, co-workers going into high stress, flip out mode, they changed my work routine again, despite me asking them not to do this (I require routine to function properly.) I mean for them changing one little thing doesn't mean anything. For me it causes everything to shut down.

Anyway, I am doing a little better now. Thank you all for your help.
