your mood and what you feel will get lifted from the ground with a little of time. meds or no meds, this happens quite often and also goes away without explanation. i don't need to swear to you. believe me. sure it happened before but once it will fade you will forget about it completely like it did in the past.

I'm doing a little better. Last week was insane at work and I just could not handle it. When I say insane, I mean getting yelled at by patients, meeting after meeting, co-workers going into high stress, flip out mode, they changed my work routine again, despite me asking them not to do this (I require routine to function properly.) I mean for them changing one little thing doesn't mean anything. For me it causes everything to shut down.
Anyway, I am doing a little better now. Thank you all for your help.
