omg no more geodon for me
ok so i have bipolar 1 disorder and i stopped taking abilify on my own because of my weight gain and my doctor said i have to take sumthing so he put me on geodon...i took it last nite and i woke up this morning light headed the i took the pill i was surpose to this morning and it made me feel worst like i was about to faint so i went to sleep and i slept for 6 hours and 30 minutes and im still sleepy so i mite have to go back to abilify...is there any other medications i can take that dont make u gain weight???
thankz for the advice its hard for me to look for medz especially with a mother that just dont understand how serious this disorder is...
Ask your psychiatrist about the newly approved antipsychotics Fanapt and Saphris as I had posted before. They work like Abilify so they have less of a potential for weight gain. All current antipsychotics have that potential but some more than others and each person reacts differently to each medication.
