pdoc,,my meds and my health??????

i have possible bp 2 and  i just obsess have had 2 manic epsodes in the past 2 yrs lasing only 3-4 days each time..more on the deppreshion and irritability..my gpdoc has been taking care of me the past 2 1/2 yrs.

1st my health issues  mental illness never been propper diagnosed since was put on dissibilty in 06..they said i had a nervous condishion..i never heard them putting someone on it for that..that,s all the case worker told me..so i went to my doc complaining of sleep.he put me on serquil at 100 mgs a night that sure did the trick..then had to stop it 2 yrs later was making my heart rate go up..then put on ablifi..that lased 4 days..made me mania..then put on celexa did the same thing..then in july 28Th was put on 600mgs of lithiem,did real good to me..my levels were at .6 then i felt i need a raise to 900 mgs i want the ultimate feeling i guess.. then within a month i went toxic.i went  past 1.5  to 3..was in i.c.u. for toxic poising..now waiting to see pdoc monday..

my heath high blood pressure  meds  for it a re 1  lisinopril 40 gs 1 aday  and clonidine 2  0.1 mgs 2 a aday,,,and 1 minoxidil

deep vein thromboses..meds 7.5 mgs of coumadin aday had a p.e. in 2000..

asthma  not serve  on albuterol  2 puffs 4 times aday as needed       im also  apnea  on the cpap  everynight!!

anxiety with panic in the past if i didnt take meds wopuldnt be able to funshion..had agoraphobia  from the pantic..didnt leave for 2 yrs..meds xanax  0.5 mgs 5 aday  been on this benzo 5 yrs..

cronic (chronic) right knee pain torn cartilage and kneecap permanently damages..bakers cyst  behind the back of the knee a problem!! lower back pain due to facet  and lumbur..   meds methadone 10 mgs aday..

gerd  meds nexium 40 mgs aday..

how does a pdoc prescibe you meds with all these health issues?? and all the drug interactions..the LITHEM DID ME GOOD BUT ITS USED MORTE IN MANIC THEN DEPPRESHION..BUT DOES HAVE LOW IMPACT ON THE DEPPRESHION..the lamictal  can cause a moderate chance of respatory depression..witch this has very well got me on the edge..the  RESPATRY DEPPRESHION..ANYTIME YOU ADD MUTIPLE DEPPRANTS TOGETHER ISINT GOOD..LOOK A T KEITH LEDDGER..I READ HIS  AUTOPSY REPOT  BUT HE WAS ON LIKE 6   DEPPSANTS..AND  THE ONES THAT KILLED HIM WASENT PRESCRIBED TO  HIM....

SO MY QUESTSHION HOW WILL THE PDOC  PRESCIBE MEDS TO ME WITH ME BEING ON ALL THESE MEDS  THAT CAN CAUSE C.N.S  AND ADDD TO RESPATORY DEPPRERSHION..LIKE HYPOVENALASHION   stop breathing wile asleep

Any responsible psychiatrist can look those medications up on a database online used by physicians. There should be a talk between your psychiatrist and doctor about which of those medications are neccessary and all potential interactions and adjusting and/or changing things as needed. If they are not speaking to each other about this and working together it would be essential to politely request that they be in touch with each other to coordinate.
