racing thoughts

i frequently have racing thoughts, i have read that this happens with people that have either bi-polor or skitziphrenia, i have had severe depression, should i get evaluated to see if i have one of these? have had the racing thoughts as far back as i remember, i just dont want them anymore
please help
feel like im losing control!!!

See a psychiatrist and get evaluated then  go from there.There is alot more than racing thoughts to bi polar. do you have extreme mood swings/ do you go on spending sprees with no care for how you will pay the bills? Do you go on jsut a little sleep feeling like you dont need to sleep? and do you wnat to get ll the sex you can? check out some bi polar symptoms but most important see the psychiatrist. and you need to see a therapist. the therapy is what helped me the most with my racing thoughts. Lety me know how you are.
