sleep, hypomanic

is it ok to take an extra ambein 4 hours after first. So I can sleep? I'm starting hypomania. If I don't sleep i'll break.Can't get to doc till mon.

yes, i  would think no prob, in my opinion. i was on 10mg and quite frequently pdoc increased it to 20mg if needed. four hours later i wouldn't think a prob. up to yourself and maybe read the insert info that comes with it.

We can never give you advice on the amount of meds to take, you need to speak to your doctor regarding this. If you are becoming hypomanic, you may need some meds adjusted instead of drugging yourself with more benzo's, it could end up making it worse.
See your doctor as soon as you can. I know you have to wait until Monday. Are you taking a AP or another type of med for your hypo?

Ahhh that'll do it,  I've done that a couple of times, and wondered why I was crankier then usual. grrr..  I now have one of those day by day pill boxes, so I take the right amount.  I know many pharmacies can make them into daily packs. You might want to think about that.  Dang our memory. meh
