The first stuff you described can be caused by sleep deprivation although I think it's intensified sometimes if you have symptoms of hallucinations.  I used to wake up sometimes from a lack of sleep and still be in the dream world but also conscious of my surroundings.  A few times I even woke up where I guess my higher brain functions hadn't woken up yet and I wasn't able to think and such and paced around the room like a feral animal and I remember the woman who woke me up was scared to death and then when it stopped I explained to her what happened and that I couldn't recognize her and didn't understand what was happening so I was scared.  I was also told sleep deprivation can cause dreams to interfere with reality such as where you called your boyfriend about the dream where he cheated on you.  Dreams being extremely realistic are called lucid dreams I believe.  Interestingly they had a device back in the day I heard of that trains you to realize you are asleep without waking you up where you can have lucid dreams you control when it gives you a cue.  Don't know if it's still around.  The last one sounds like a hallucination unless your mom was just messing with you or something which sleep deprivation can also cause but I also think mental illness can exacerbate since sleep deprivation is stressful on you and stress can make symptoms worse.
