sounds echo

My daughter has bi polar and for the past two months she has been experiencing echo of sounds she hears like for example if I say  " take the dog outside " she can hear it repeat or echo in her head  Has anyone had this  ?  I wonder if it has anything to do with the bi polar disorder

   Thank you for your reply   I have taken her to he GP and she ordered her an mri and we have an appointment with a neurologist   she also as an appt with her psychiatrist    I wa curious to know if anyone else had this   when I google this it mentions maybe possible lobe lesions

Bipolar disorder can produce psychosis (auditory/visual hallucinations).  Perhaps this is a variant, but you would need to have her psychiatrist assess this to find out if it is a symptom of her bipolar disorder or something that a GP needs to assess.
