Bi polar used to be called manic depression. it is when you feel higher that a kite and you feel invincable. your thoughts race like crazy and you have enregy It is like being on speed. you dont sleep
then you crash into the depressed state sleeping all the time overeating for comfort suicidal thoughts. you can also google it  to get an even better explanation of bi polar but mostly it is extreme mood swings. somtetimes there are periods of normal but mostly going back and forth between manic and depressed.
