please help me find a program i just got out of jail  for domestic violence  against my girlfriend of 3 years i really want to change my life  i need anger manegment  and or medication i dont want to be the guy that physically hurts the most important person in my life its not the first time i hit my girlfriend  and i cant stand it  my outbursts are getting more frequent and it is scaring the hell out of me and her i need help asap  ill be perfectly fine and happy as anything then the smallest little thing  triggers these fits of extreme violence   i cant take it  i dont want to be like this how can i get help and where     PLEASE HELP ME
