who here cannot stand

crowds I hate crowds. I want to go to nice places to eat with my family as I get very little time to be understood by anyone nop noisy kids don't annoy me I am talking more along the lines of okay we go out to eat and people start talking OVERLY LOUD AT THE NEXT TABLE LIKE THIS. And then me I am normally there to talk privately with my family as anyone would want to or my friends. normally if its something that occurs like once or twice I just  let it go what about 6,7,8,9 times and it gets to a point where you don't want to visit that business anymore due not to rude service or impolite employees or anything of that nature but due to other customers bothering you. it has happened less more recently for this I am really grateful however it is something when I go out in public and there is just too much noise I dislike it. Its one thing when we go and its ordinary conversations its another when my mother and friedns have become aware of others yelling in public and it causes a scene. Then they think something weird is going on we have to move tables my grandfather is like 79 years old and lost his hearing in the ariforce and its hard enough when someone at your table cannot hear over noise I just want some time to speak with him before he passes on. I know I suffer from PTSD I've seen others who suffer worse from it,....its just I feel I have nery sensitive ears and sometimes I just feel like there is a buddle of mind currdling noise I mean occasionaly when people are quite and polite thats one thing and I look at those people respectfully. I am unsure of what to do about my issues with going out in public not being afraid just getting angry I can't speak with m y family or friends. does anyone else have this problem here?

You are doing good to know your triggers.   Now you do need to make some changes. Get a to go order and eat together at the park for example.
I like the coffee area of my public library. There's a fountain. It's very quiet.
Stay out of places that bother you.  Pamela

Yes I can experience this concern at times. Also a family member
I have who among their disabilities has anxiety disorder
and agoraphobia does as well. I usually go to places that are less
crowded and are more quiet. This can also create a more relaxed
atmosphere for people in general.
When I need to go somewhere where there are larger groups of people and more noise and distraction I prepare myself in advance by thinking of my own accommodations as regards sounds and crowds such
as long I can stay somewhere.   Also some places are more crowded at certain times than others and I look for times when there will be less people in general. The family member I have also has hearing loss so loud sounds can be disorienting to them and in myself can trigger catatonia. So sometimes its a matter of planning things in advance.
