That's an antipsychotic called Seroquel which also is a good mood stabilizer. You sound stressed and a bit incoherent. Everyone of course gets angry and that can often be a part of bipolar but it sounds as if something is really wrong. That shouldn't be happenning with a full dose of Seroquel. Perhaps you speak to your psychiatrist.

What dose are you at? When did you get placed on Seroquel? They start you at a small dose and move it up as required. Just be a bit patient, and it will help you. I was seriously anxious and hypomanic at the same time, basically what they call mixed
states. I started at 25 mgs 3x a day. They moved up my dose though about 6 weeks time to 50mgs morning, 100mgs at dinner, and 100 at night. I just had my dinner dose upped because I was still a bit hypomanic.  I have a feeling you just started, so hang on okay?

Are you on any other meds? like a mood stabilize? this type of drug can help with depression AND anxiety in some of the drugs, like Lamactil and Lithium as two examples.
More info your provide, we might be able to give you more insight,
I hope things calm down soon,

I take 200mg of Seroquel every night.  It's been a wonderful mood stabilizer for me, and has the added benefit of helping me to sleep.  Seroquel is not an overnight miracle drug, it takes a while to be at a therapeutic level, and for the moods to eventually begin to stabilize.  Are you taking anything else besides Seroquel?

a psychiatrist can tell a lot by actually meeting you.  Asking certain questions, considering your Answers, watching your reaction, like if you hesitate look away/speak quickly/slowly or how you think.  One question leads to another.

No offence but I dont think you should be treated by a nurse.

Totally agree with Therese83 - you should definitely not be treated solely by a nurse.  Although they are trained, they are not specialist in the mental health field.  You should be under a specialized doctor's care for any of these types of pychiatric drugs....
