Blue crowned conure toxic?

I am posting here in fear that my bird may have eaten something poisonous, and I am now deeply concerned for his well-being.  I'll proceed to explain:

My brother was being neglectful again, and left a tomato-sauce-filled-bowl that previously contained spaghetti on the table for my bird to get into.  I noticed him eating the sauce and immediately proceeded to take it away from him.  I do not believe he ate too much, but I am extremely worried it may be enough to kill him, or cause serious harm.

I am posting this looking to see if he might die from what he ate and if there is anything I can do.

The sauce was: Classico Traditional Favorites Tomato & Basil

Ingredients (in the order listed): Tomato Puree, (water, tomato paste), Diced Tomatoes, (tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid, calcium chloride), Salt, Basil, Garlic, Olive Oil, Onions, Dehydrated Garlic, Spice.

GLUTEN-FREE

There are several lists online if you google "foods toxic to birds." Tomatoes in themselves are not actually toxic but the leaves and stems are. Garlic in small amounts won't hurt. Onions in small amounts won't hurt either. If they eat a lot it will cause vomiting and diarrhea. Too much salt for any creature can be a problem. Those are the main potential trouble items. But considering he didn't eat much, the worst thing he might get is a tummy ache. Check out the lists and print one out to keep on hand. There are some items that are far more dangerous than a couple nibbles of spaghetti sauce. Glad you kept an eye on him  though.
