First - I have a male pacific parrotlet. He is missing some feathers under his neck. There is a bald spot there. I never see him bothered by it and he is very energetic. He does not, in any way, seem sick. What's the deal?
Second - I made a mistake when clipping his flight feathers and clipped too much. I did not hurt him at all, but now he is missing the feathers on one end that cover his flight feathers at the tips. Will this grow back? It's been a couple months now and nothing has grown back.
Poor little fellow. He is my little baby birdie, and I don't like to see him looking so scruffy. I have a little female pacific also and she is under a year old, and she is beautiful.
