blindness
I have a 11 year old cockatiel who's eyes, 1 at a time, they looked like he had millet shell or something stuck and after that he couldn't see. Now both eyes are that way and he just sits in the bottom corner of his cage.

He needs to be checked for infection or possible injury or cataracts.

A few questions to help diagnosis- Are the eyelids shut? If so then he may have a parasite or some kind of infection. If the eyelids are open: are the eyes cloudy? If so these are cataracts and are not reversible other than surgery (which at this tie I dont think is available on small birds). Most importantly your bird needs to go to a vet.
