Well, if it's a blood blister (hematoma) quite often they will resolve on their own. The body slowly reabsorbs the blood and it goes down. If it's hard like a wart and red, that's a different story. It could be an infection there and she should be seen by the vet. Have you noticed if she's been rubbing her beak up and down between the cage bars, maybe anxious to get out? That causes injury to the cere. Gently press on the spot to see if it's soft like a blister or hard. Keep a close eye on her, make sure she's eating well and still active.
