My hamster has a lump that started on the side of her cheek and close to her ear. i thought she had an impacted pouch, but its been a few days and it has since moved up to her eye and head.  Her eye is completely open with no movement she doesnt even blink.  I dont know what to do but i cant afford to take her to the vet.

It definitely sounds like an infection/abscess somewhere in her mouth. With the swelling expanding, the problem isn't getting any better. And now that she can't blink her eye, she will have some eye damage as well.

I can't see any way for this to get better without a trip to the vet. Ask about cost before you go in. Check the affordable type pet clinics. And ask if they are open to doing some kind of payment plan.
