Abdominal pain waking me up at night

I have been on the combined bill for two weeks now after a month of being of contraceptio, before I was on the injection for around 5 years. I've taken a pregnancy test and it's came back negative as me and my partner did have sex in the month I was off the injection.

For the last 3 nights I have woke up 2 or 3 times in the night with unbearable pain below my stomach, these dont actually go away but ease of enough around 15-30 minutes for me to go back to sleep, when I'll be awoken again with the pain. On the second night I also experienced the pain in my back to which made me feel paralysed. I've also been feeling really nausea and not actually been sick but felt the need to stay close to a toilet incase I am. I'm also experiencing really tender and heavy breasts and I'm very bloated and fatigue.

I have read that the pill is suppose to help with period symptoms such as cramps? I haven't had a period yet and I hadn't had one for a couple of years but when I came of the injection I experience spotting pretty much straight away. Are these just period symptoms or could it be something more?
Also, I'm not on my off week of the pill for one more week, so if I'm having period symptoms like my body wants to have its period how does this work if I have to wait another week for it?

Any advice will be appreciated, thanks guys x
