Affect of Zpack on Lo Loestrin Fe

hi! i'm on lo loestrin fe and on the second week of my birth control pack. I have a sinus infection and started taking azythromycin (zpack) today. Will the zpack affect the effectiveness of my birth control? Do you think i'll be okay if I have unprotected sex but use the pull-out method?

Been there done that and I got pregnant! Use another form of protection along with your pill whenever you are on antibiotics.
