Are birth control pills causing my sickness symptoms?

Hi there. I started taking Tri-Previfem (orthotricyclen generic) last Wednesday for my insanely heavy periods, and at first I felt fine. But starting yesterday (saturday) I have extreme fatigue, pain in the right side of my neck, hot flashes, headaches, nausea with acid reflux, and a general feeling of not being "right" if that makes sense. I had a pretty bad cold that ended last Monday, I was in bed for days. I don't know if this that kind of still working its way out of my system, or if it's the birth control, or something else entirely. I'm worried that my neck pain is lymph node related. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
