I'm 38wks Pregnant and I was wondering what yall would recommend for Birth Control. I was thinking about the Depo shot but I heard it makes you gain a lot of weight? This is the first time ill ever be in birth control nd have no knowledge of any of these.... Any suggestions?

I really dont need more weight gain after all I gained during my pregnancy. Is the Paragard IUD only for 12 years? How does it work?
I gained 60 pounds on depo. In 6 months with exercise and I could NOT get the weight off. I did the Nuvaring and I loved it but I hated taking it out during sex because imo it was slightly uncomfortable during sex. And now I'm on the Paragard IUD. It has no hormones and I LOVVVVVE it. Good for 12 years as well.
