Bleeding

I had spotted blood after a healthy intercourse and later a couple of days after my period begun. This has happened about a year ago too. Iam 35 years old and have done family planning by keyhole surgery. I would like to know more about it and specially the reason i.e. whether it is diseas or not and if so the remedy as I am worried about it and going through a heady mental agony.
